Nook Signature Treatment
Full body massage and sound bath in Dunblane
Our Signature Treatment is two hours of full body massage in Dunblane, bringing together rebozo rocking, a mini Kobido face massage and a sound bath to completely reset your nervous system.
Who is it for
For the women who are always taking care of everyone else, and whose own needs keep slipping to the bottom of the pile. If you’re running on steam and your nervous system feels completely out of whack, this is the one to book.
What happens in your session
Like every treatment at Nook, we begin with a cup of tea and a chat. I’ll listen to what you tell me, and notice how you’re holding your body, so I know where you need the most care.
From there, we start with gentle compressions and a little breathwork to help you settle. Then comes a full body massage with warm stones, and your hips rocked in a rebozo, a traditional long woven wrap. We move into a mini Kobido face massage, and finish with a sound bath to let everything sink in.
Throughout, you’re wrapped in warm towels and the natural scents of Yogi Oils, and your treatment ends with a cup of bespoke herbal tea.
