What happens in your session
We begin with a cup of tea and a chat about how you’re feeling and where you’re holding tension.
From there, the time is yours. We might spend the whole session on your upper body, focus on your neck and head, or work through your legs and feet. We’ll decide together what you need most, and I’ll adjust the pressure as we go, from deeper tissue work to something gentler.
