Nurturing Massage for Every Stage of Life
Bodywork is often framed as a luxury, something optional, indulgent, or reserved for rare moments. I have to say, I strongly disagree… Thoughtful, skilled bodywork is essential care, particularly during times of change, stress, or recovery, and it can lead to profound shifts in how we feel and move through the world.
Through my work, I’ve witnessed again and again how touch can support regulation of the nervous system, ease physical holding patterns, and create a deeper sense of safety and wellbeing. Whether someone is navigating pregnancy and postpartum, living with ongoing tension, or simply feeling disconnected from their body, bodywork offers a way back in.
I believe we need more human touch and connection than ever, especially in a world that moves fast and asks a lot of us. This work is about slowing down, listening to the body, and allowing space for repair and restoration.

Restoration Treatment
This treatment is for those that need some time to unwind and decompress. Maybe you have a specific pain or discomfort needing a little deeper tissue work, or you just need to fully switch off for a while. Each treatment is fully unique to you and your needs, each time you visit. If you want to spend an hour or more working only upper body, or neck and head, or legs and feet - that is completely up to you, we can have a chat and discuss whatever your needs may be on the day of your treatment. This treatment is aimed at any woman, at any stage.

Hot Stones Treatment
Widely recognised for its ability to relieve stiffness and pain. Stones are my go to for many issues. The deep warmth, relaxation and healing that they promote is perfect in all seasons of life, but particulary during the postpartum and menopause. Used in conjunction with deep tissue massage, they offer next level tension release.
Best for: deep muscular tension, feeling cold or depleted, sinking into rest -
Fertility & Womb Massage
Whether you're trying to conceive naturally preparing for IVF or another assisted fertility journey, this gentle treatment is designed to support you both physically and emotionally. It can also help with menstrual challenges such as irregular cycles, painful periods, or difficulties with ovulation.
The focus is on improving blood flow to the womb and surrounding areas. Better circulation brings more oxygen and nutrients to the uterus, ovaries, and developing eggs - helping create a healthier environment for conception and overall reproductive wellbeing.
Stress can have a significant impact on fertility. When the body is in a constant state of ‘fight or flight’, blood flow is redirected away from the reproductive organs, which may affect hormone balance and ovulation over time. This treatment helps calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.
This nurturing approach is rooted in traditional wisdom, passed down through many lineages - all of which are honoured deeply. The techniques used are gentle, rhythmic, and supportive, working with the body, not against it, to restore flow and harmony through the reproductive, digestive, and sacral areas.
Beyond the physical benefits, this is time for you, a space to slow down, recieve, and feel held. Whether you're at the beginning of your fertility journey, mid-treatment, or simply looking to restore balance, this treatment offers calm, consistent support.
It may also support a wide range of reproductive and digestive concerns, including: irregular cycles, period pain, heavy or missing periods, fibroids, endometriosis, PMS, a tilted uterus, bloating, cramps, and constipation. It can also be helpful for those navigating IVF, recurrent miscarriage, poor egg health, or the hormonal changes of pre-menopause and menopause.

Magic Mama Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage offers essential support during one of the most transformative times in a woman’s life. This is not a luxury, your body is doing extraordinary work, and massage provides space to rest, release tension, and reconnect. It supports the physical changes of pregnancy by easing common discomforts like swelling, aches, poor circulation, and high blood pressure, while also calming the nervous system and lowering stress levels. Gentle, grounding touch is especially valuable in the first trimester when anxiety or disconnection may be heightened, helping you feel more at home in your body. Regular massage during pregnancy can boost dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin, supporting emotional wellbeing and even easing the birthing experience. Each session is deeply tailored to your needs, using side-lying positions for comfort, and organic herbal oils handcrafted for you. This is a space to slow down, receive care, and remember your strength.

Postpartum Peace Massage
Postpartum massage offers vital support during a time of deep physical and emotional transition. Often overlooked in our culture, this period asks for rest, care, and recovery, not self-sacrifice. This treatment is designed entirely for the mother: incorporating warming massage, gentle rocking, hot stones, soft blankets, wrapping, and nourishing tea. It’s a space to be held, listened to, and honoured without judgement. Massage during this time helps regulate hormones, support healing, reduce stress, and ease the physical strain of birth and early motherhood.

Recovery Treatment
For those carrying a specific ache or area of tension, Recovery offers focused, intentional work tailored to what your body needs most. This session supports release while remaining grounded and respectful of your body’s limits.

Closing the Bones
There is something so deeply necessary about a closing ceremony.
Whether you have just had a baby, experienced a loss, or moved through a season that asked everything of you, allow yourself the space to stop, and gather. We live in a world that honours beginnings and endurance, but rarely the ending. Rarely the pause after. Rarely the tending that says: what you went through mattered.
Closings, or closing the bones, feel like rituals that have been lost along the way. I imagine there was a time when the women who walked this land before us did not leave one another un-gathered. When transition was marked. When a woman was met at the threshold and welcomed back to herself.
To be greeted on the other side, not with questions or expectations, but with presence.
Closing the bones is a way of drawing the edges back in. Not to erase what has happened, but to hold it gently inside the body. To let the nervous system rest. To allow the spirit to settle. To remind the body where it ends and where it belongs.
It is a ritual of containment, not confinement.
Of integration, not fixing. It offers a place to lay down what has been carried alone.
A place where nothing needs to be explained.
A place to be heard.
A place to be held. The kind of tending that women have always offered one another, when given the chance.
This work is needed, and it is important.
For that reason, this offering is held on a sliding scale, so it can be accessible to anyone who feels called to receive it.This ceremony is available by enquiry only.
If you feel drawn to a Closing Ceremony, you’re invited to contact me directly so we can connect, talk through your needs and timing, and find a way for this work to be held that feels right and supportive for you.
