Kobido is a traditional Japanese face massage, offered at Nook in Dunblane. It’s one of the most soothing treatments there is, and it’s my favourite, the one I go back to again and again.
Who is it for
Kobido is perfect if you hold stress in your jaw, temples or face, or if you’d love a natural, hands-on alternative to a traditional facial. It’s also a gentle introduction to Nook if you’re new to massage.
What happens in your session
We begin with a cup of tea and a chat. Then you’ll lie back and relax while I work slowly across your face, jaw, scalp, neck and shoulders, using beautiful organic products from Tropic Skincare and Yogi Oils.
