Who is it for?
Fertility & Womb Massage is for women at any point in their fertility journey, whether you’re just beginning, mid-treatment, or simply looking to restore balance. It can also be a supportive space if you’re living with painful or irregular periods, or moving through the changes of pre-menopause and menopause.
What happens in your session
We begin with a cup of tea and a chat about where you are and what you need. The techniques I use are gentle, rhythmic and supportive, rooted in traditional wisdom passed down through many lineages, all of which are honoured deeply. I work with your body, not against it, across the abdomen, lower back and sacral area.
The focus is on encouraging circulation to the womb and surrounding areas, and on calming the nervous system. When we’re stuck in “fight or flight”, the body can struggle to rest and restore, so this time is as much about helping you settle as anything else.
Beyond the physical, this is time for you: a space to slow down, receive, and feel held.
